Riphah Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (RIPS) offers 4-years graduate programs of Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm), which is likely to be upgraded to five years Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) programs M. Phil and Ph.D programs are to be initiated soon. Riphah Institute of Pharmaceutical Science offers courses , Admission shall be made on the basis of merit.
Admission notice shall be advertised in National newspapers & on RIU's Web Site. The Candidates should send filled in application forms directly to:

The academic year will commence from 1st September and ends on August 30 each year.

Eligibility For Admission
Doctor of Pharmacy (PHARM.D)
1. For admission to the Pharm D, it is required that student shall have FSc. (Pre-Medical) or equivalent examination with at least second Division (50% marks) from any recognized institution in Pakistan or abroad.
OR
B.Sc examination of a Pakistani University with Biological Science provided he/she has passed the Intermediate Science Examination in Medical group, in second division.
The procedure for calculating the merit for admission shall be as follows:
Matric 10 %
F.Sc / Equivalent / B.Sc 40%
Entry Test 30%
Interview 20%
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Admission notice shall be advertised in national newspapers & RIU's Web Site. The students should send filled in Application forms directly to:
Riphah Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 274 Peshawar Road ( Old Supreme Court Building ), Rawalpindi , Pakistan accompanied with Rs. 500/- draft payable to RIPS.
Documents Required with Applications
The candidates who are eligible to apply for admission must submit attested copies of the following documents along with the application forms. No application for admission will be considered unless fully and completely made out on the prescribed form by the candidate in his/her own writing:
Matric/Senior Cambridge or equivalent certificate: One copy>
F. Sc (Pre-Medical or equivalent certificate): Two copiesDetailed marks certificate (F. Sc): Two copies
Equivalence certificate from Chairman, Inter-Board Committee, Islamabad for recognition of his/her Qualification as equivalent to F. Sc (Pre-Medical) of Pakistan , in case of foreign qualified students only.
B.Sc along with detailed marks certificate: 2 copies
Recent passport size coloured photographs: 3 copies
NOTE:
If any of the above certificates/ documents are found false or forged legal action will be taken against the student and he/she will be debarred from admission
Provisional Admission
Admission will be provisional. Any candidate whose particulars, certificates or any other documents submitted with the admission form are found incorrect on confirmation from the Board/relevant authority or whose authentication is doubtful will be struck off from the Institute, even if the candidate has been admitted. A student can be removed from the Institute by the Director at any time during the course of his/her study if incorrect or wrong data has been submitted by such a candidate / parents / guardian at the time of admission. No show cause notice will be necessary for any action under this rule. Nor RIU, Director or any other authority be liable for damage for any action under this rule.Candidates who fail to report for test and interview for admission on the prescribed date shall be considered to have forfeited his / her right of admission.
